All services must be paid via direct deposit to our business account:

Please use your full name as the reference when making payment.

Once your job is approved, you will receive your quote total. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and must be paid before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the job.

Can I bundle multiple services (e.g., lawn + gutter clean)?

Yes, you can! We offer flexible service bundles so you can get more done in one visit—whether it’s lawn mowing, gutter cleaning, water blasting, or garden tidy-ups. Bundling services not only saves time, but it can also be more cost-effective. Let us know what you need done, and we’ll create a custom quote to suit your job.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. You are welcome to reschedule your job to a new date that suits both you and our workload.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable, so we encourage you to book carefully.

In the case of bad weather, such as heavy rain, we will contact you and reschedule your job for the earliest available date. Your understanding is appreciated as we work around the elements.

On The Day

Do I need to be home during the job?
No, you don’t need to be home as long as we have clear access to the area and have spoken with you beforehand. Please ensure any animals are secured safely so we can carry out the work without disruption.

How long will the job take?
The timeframe for each job is estimated in your quote, but please note it’s not always exact. We aim to complete work efficiently, but some jobs may take longer depending on size, access, or unforeseen conditions.

What happens if it rains?
If the weather turns bad—especially heavy rain or thunder—we’ll reschedule your job to the next available clear day. We’ll stay in touch and keep you updated on any changes.

Safety & Property

Is your equipment safe for surfaces?
Yes, all of our equipment is well-maintained and safe for use on driveways, decks, roofs, lawns, and garden areas. We take great care to ensure your property is protected throughout the job.

Do you clean up after the job is done?
Absolutely. We always clean up after our work is completed. If there are clippings, branches, or green waste, this will be discussed during quoting. If you’d like us to remove and dispose of green waste, an additional charge may apply to cover dumping and handling fees—and we’ll make sure that’s all clear upfront.
